False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are made available at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a 3-yr length.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Requirements
These classes start at NCV level two along with the minimal need would then be Grade 9 certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.
When the student finishes NCVLevel two, they'd then have attained a grade ten certificate. NCV Level three would be grade 11 and NCV Level 4 is grade twelve.
NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, being equivalent to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).
Grade 9 is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV level 2 which happens to be equivalent to read more an NQF level 2.
On which kind of students are suited to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that traditional schooling will not be necessarily the one way of starting to be an artisan or turning into skilled therefore if a student knows from an early age what their interests are, the NCV programme is in fact properly fitted to that student.
False Bay TVET College will assist the student to become qualified in his field of interest. Students who want to become entrepreneurs will also have access to their Centre of Entrepreneurship on the Westlake Campus.
